About the Owner.  First and foremost, thank you very much for visiting this site.   Michael Davis, the owner of MenusAndWine.com is always looking for ways to share experiences and information with people all of the world.  He owns several websites and initiatives to do so.  MenusAndWine.com is close to his heart since he himself enjoys fine foods and wine.

Michael has been cooking / working with food since his childhood and understands it's importance in peoples lives beyond simply sustenance.  He was introduced to wines around 1992 and has been enjoying them ever since.  He looks to professionals in both restaurants and in the wine business for the best possible understanding of both.

The goal of the Menus and Wine website is to build a world class website that will contain menus from restaurants that also offer wines.  The site will also contain other wine related information like vineyards, wineries, and purchase opportunities.

Ratings for restaurants, wineries and vineyards will also be included with the site.  The ratings will be based on the experience of Michael or close associates.
